With every locally sourced steak dry aged for a minimum of 28 days for a fuller flavour, you can be assured of highest quality of all our produce. Our meat and vegetables come direct from local suppliers based in the city, meaning that our produce arrives fresh and delicious, having been well cared for.
We love steak and so our waiters work closely with our chefs, having great experience and knowledge on the best ways to serve our various steaks for the best flavour. Some cuts of meat are best served one way or another, so be sure to check with your waiter.
