Our staff are friendly and professional, the restaurant has a relaxed Brasserie feel and food is served in the unique surroundings of the 19th century bonded warehouse, overlooking the River Cam that gives it lots of atmosphere.
Owned by renowned winemaker, Bernard Julien, the wines from Domaine Cabrials are noted for their consistently high quality and pure flavours. It’s not easy to find Pinot Noir from the Languedoc let alone one of such quality and good value as this; savoury and intense with aromas of red fruits, herbs, spice and some vegetal hints. The palate is soft and light to medium bodied. It is low in tannin and packed with ripe, rich Pinot fruit with balance and class. Perfect with lamb, it also matches well with a range of other roasted meats, steak and tomato based dishes.
